COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The nation's top TV regulator is making a swing through Ohio to promote next month's transition to digital television. Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin is scheduled to stop in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus on Tuesday.
