SR-HD5 Mitsubishi HD Receiver

- Supports both the digital and analogue programming from cable or other networks as well as digital programming from DirecTV satellite TV antennas
- Supports only one IR remote control that can control receiver, VCR, and some other auxiliary devices like laser disc players, amplifiers or cable boxes.
- Supports Hughes HDR-205 D-VHS video recorder that has an added functionality to record directly the digital programming providing best possible quality picture
Advanced Program Guide
The advanced program guide for both the receiver are same and is available with its full features after subscribing with DirecTV’s packages. The on-screen program guide comes in three cells:- Large cell: Shows two hours information reducing number of channels (8-6 lines/page) but with more information about the program.
- Small cell: Shows 1 and half hour information with 12-9 lines per page displaying moderate information about the program.
- Logo guide: Shows the information of the current program only but give detail about the 40-30 channels per page.
- The arrow keys are used to scroll down and up the pages.
