FCC (federal communication commission) Part 15 Rules
According to the FCC part 15 the devices are considered class B if they are designed to protect the user from harmful interference during operation in residential areas. There fore all the Direct TV receiver systems must be installed professionally or according to the instructions provided in the user’s manuals associated with each receiver otherwise the radio frequency that these devices use can b e radiated and cause harmful interference. Moreover if you have done the installation exactly according to the instruction manual and still having interference you can always- Consult the dealer
- Call the technician
- Adjust the antenna change the switching
- Or place the equipment away from each other.
